All players who register for Ohana's SPEED program

must have a SPEED membership. 

This will be included in with your fee and valid for 1 year!

If you are ready have one the price will come off the fee!

Starting: Wednesday September, 5th through Wednesday September 26th!

Time For All Players:  5:00pm - 6:00pm  

Teams will be picked by the coaches.

SPEED LACROSSE IS A PIONEERING NEW SPORT ROOTED IN BOX & FIELD LACROSSE THAT UTILIZES KEY ATTRIBUTES FROM BASKETBALL, SOCCER, HOCKEY, AND TENNIS.

Wherein teams shall not exceed 5 players, the sport is 3 vs. 3 on court format. Developed to exponentially raise lacrosse participation for men and women, SPEED Lacrosse significantly reduces barriers to entry and makes sampling lacrosse simple. SPEED Lacrosse also increases lacrosse training with long-term player retention at all ages & skill tiers.

SPEED Lacrosse focuses on lacrosse’s core fundamentals while raising the bar for diverse multi-sport athleticism. SPEED is a unique lifetime sport, an affiliate-membership program, a revolutionary pick up game, and an athletic development weapon.

Officially Sanctioned events are offered nationwide.
